Each active plan includes 1 pickup and 1 return per month on Fri–Sun. Extra pickups/returns are available as add-ons.
Yes—weekday and priority (last-minute) pickups are available as add-ons when scheduling.
Our facility is secure and monitored, but we do not provide contents insurance on individual items. We recommend homeowners/renters or third-party insurance.
Every item is barcoded and photo-logged on arrival. You’ll see item photos and status in Manage Bookings.
