Service Area & Scheduling

  • Metro Vancouver: Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Delta, Langley, and White Rock.

  • Book a pickup window online, we collect at your door, barcode & photo-log items, store them securely, and deliver back when requested.

  • Each active plan includes 1 pickup and 1 return per month on Fri–Sun. Extra pickups/returns are available as add-ons.

  • Yes—weekday and priority (last-minute) pickups are available as add-ons when scheduling.

Storage & Safety

  • Our facility is secure and monitored, but we do not provide contents insurance on individual items. We recommend homeowners/renters or third-party insurance.

  • Every item is barcoded and photo-logged on arrival. You’ll see item photos and status in Manage Bookings.

  • In a clean, dry, monitored facility with climate-controlled zones, organized racking, and restricted access.

Plans, Pricing & Billing

  • Yes—pay yearly and save 10%.

  • Yes—additional items of the same type are 25% off.

  • BC GST (5%) and PST (7%) apply. We show taxes on monthly dues and one-time add-ons separately at checkout.

  • Go to Manage Bookings → Billing to update your card and view invoices.

Changes, Pauses & Returns

  • Yes—add items or add-ons anytime from Manage Bookings. Prorates apply.

  • Schedule a return window. We deliver to your door; additional returns in the same month count as add-ons.

  • You can pause between seasons or cancel anytime from Manage Bookings (see plan terms for billing cut-offs).
